About Binoy Chacko
Binoy Chacko stands out as a distinguished gospel singer, having conveyed the message of Jesus through his music for over 35 years. His musical journey began with "ECHOES," a respected secular music group in Kottayam, Kerala. He also collaborated with other notable secular groups like Kalabhavan, Angel Voice, Cochin Blaks, Trichur Waves, and Kalasadan.
In addition to his singing career, Binoy Chacko is widely recognised as one of India's top voice-over artists, particularly in Kerala. In his early career, he provided his voice for over 10,000 radio commercials. Alongside his singing and voice-over work, he is highly regarded as one of the finest anchors and comperes for Christian programmes in the region.
In 1992, Binoy Chacko transitioned from secular music to devote himself entirely to Christian devotional music. Since then, he has recorded over 5,000 songs, released more than 1,000 audio albums, and produced over 10 video albums. His career in gospel music has led him to perform Christian music events in a number of countries, including the USA, Canada, South Korea, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman.
As a beloved singer, Binoy Chacko has enriched the Christian community with over five thousand songs spanning three decades. His music offers comfort, peace, and praise, delivering a profound and uplifting message that resonates deeply with many. Notably, he lent his voice to the character of Jesus in the Malayalam translation of the film "Jesus." As a devoted servant of God, Binoy Chacko's voice continues to inspire and foster a deep connection with the divine.
